These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Email Promotion Platform website and services (the “Services”) provided by Email Promotion Platform (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating law; sending spam or deceptive messages; harvesting or scraping data without permission; attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; interfering with the Services; or using the Services to harm others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and contact data and that your use complies with applicable laws (including marketing and privacy laws).

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as needed to operate lawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by your local consumer protection laws.
