User Data Deletion

This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data associated with your use of Email Promotion Platform (the “Services”). It supports transparency requirements for integrations such as Meta (Facebook) apps that access user data.

1. What you can request

You may request:

• Deletion of your user account and associated profile information (name, email, organization, preferences).
• Deletion or anonymization of data tied to your account that we store in our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.

2. How to request deletion

Email (primary): Send a request from the email address registered on your account to privacy@sendpromotion.email with the subject line “Data deletion request.” Include your full name and the email address of the account to delete. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing.

Response time: We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and to complete deletion or provide a status update within thirty (30) days, unless a longer period is required by law or technical constraints.

3. What we delete

When we honor a verified request, we delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data we hold about you in our production systems where feasible, including account records and content that can be attributed to you alone. Some information may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited period or where we must keep it to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements; such data is not used for other purposes.

4. Meta / Facebook-related data

If you connected a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account to our Services and we received data from Meta, that data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. To request deletion of data obtained from Meta through our app, use the email process above and mention “Meta data deletion” in your message. You can also manage app permissions in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.

5. After deletion

Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to campaigns, lists, and other content stored in the Services. Deletion cannot always be undone.
