What are database credits?

Database credits allow you to access and target companies from our verified business contact database. Each credit lets you view, filter, and add one company contact to your campaigns. Credits reset monthly based on your plan. You can also upload your own leads at no additional cost.

Can I upload my own leads?

Yes! You can upload your own contact lists via CSV import. Your uploaded contacts don't count against database credits. You can mix and match our database contacts with your own leads in the same campaign.

Do you support API integration?

Yes, all plans include API access. You can integrate EmailPromo with your existing tools and workflows. See our API documentation for complete details on endpoints, authentication, and examples.

Do you hide supplier/provider branding?

Yes. We maintain a clean, white-label experience. There's no third-party branding in your emails, dashboard, or API responses. Your campaigns look professional and maintain your brand identity.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limits?

If you approach your email send quota or database credit limit, we'll notify you. You can upgrade your plan at any time, or purchase additional credits as needed. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
